The COAST COMMERCIAL INTERIORS team will work collaboratively with you and your architect to achieve the commercial interior design outcome you desire as well as meet your budget and project deadlines. Our design processes follow logical steps to ensure we have a thorough understanding of your needs and achieve sign-off at every stage



At our initial meeting we will discuss your timeframe, budget and expectations. We can then move on to establish your project requirements in detail and set up procedures whereby issues are identified, discussed and agreed on before project commencement.

Finally, we will define our responsibilities and agree on a payment schedule.



During this stage we will hone the design brief to precisely reflect your goals. We will then produce a preliminary design proposal explaining our underlying thinking behind the concepts and recommendations we make. The proposal will illustrate colour schemes, wall and window treatments along with options for fabrics and finishes to match with selected furniture, rugs, artwork and accessories.

Finally, we will confirm a budget and scope of works for the project along with proposed meeting  and payment schedules to ensure project timeframes and budgets are met.



Once the design proposal has been signed-off and payment of the first instalment made, product sourcing can begin.

Products will be sourced from a number of Australian and overseas suppliers but local suppliers will be used whenever possible. We will ensure only the highest quality product is selected and insure it is on hand as required to complete the project.



In this final stage of the project the COAST COMMERCIAL INTERIORS team will plan and co-ordinate the transport and fit-out of furniture, homewares, artwork and accessories.

We will conduct on-site supervision during the fit-out and ensure any final touches, changes or variations are attended to.



Even after the project is complete the COAST COMMERCIAL INTERIORS team will be on hand to help. Our aftercare service includes documentation on maintaining the products we have provided as well as regular communication to ensure products are performing as expected. We will make a formal inspection of the property within four weeks of completion in order to rectify any defects or outstanding issues.
